• Initial Inquiry & Heat Check

  • ​Submit your project details—dimensions, inspiration photos, desired timeline—and we’ll provide a quick ballpark estimate within 24–48 hours. If the project is more complex or unique, it may take up to a week as we gather supplier quotes and vendor information.

• Site Visit & Final Estimate

  • We’ll visit your location to measure and assess site conditions. A refined, final estimate and schedule follows.

• Contract & Project Kickoff

  Once you approve our estimate, we sign a contract, collect the first payment, and finalize scheduling.​

• Design & Revisions (Approx. 2 Weeks)

  • We develop detailed drawings and renderings, finalize material choices, and coordinate design revisions with you.​

• Fabrication (Approx. 3–4 Weeks)

  • Our team uses advanced CNC machines and traditional woodworking techniques to craft your cabinetry or built-ins with precision.

• Installation (2-Week Window, 2–4 Days On-Site)

  • We schedule installation to fit your timeline. Final payment is due upon completion.

Payment Milestones

1. Preconstruction & Design – due upon contract signing

2. Fabrication Deposit – due when final design is approved

3. Second Fabrication Payment – due once fabrication is complete

4. Installation Payment – due after successful installation
